The terms and conditions of use of the website regulate the terms of access and use of www.mexicohighlights.com legally constituted under the name of MEXICO HIGHLIGHTS TOUR AND TRANSFERS S.A. DE C.V.commercially known as MEXICO HIGHLIGHTS.

At the time of booking, you authorize us either verbally or in writing, a disclaimer of responsibility in the contracted services, respecting the company's guidelines at all times, and expressly confirms knowing and accepting our reservation and cancellation policies. It is very important that you carefully read the terms and conditions before booking a service with us.

Restrictions

Minors with charge 5 to 11 years old and must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Infants from 0 to 4 years old must cover the price of transportation, from 10 usd, per minor and must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Pregnant women with medical restrictions will not be able to perform any activities.

People with some type of allergies must inform at the time of making the reservation.

Special food requests must be requested at the time of reservation.

People with hypertension, diabetes, back problems, may carry out the activity at their own risk and must sign the liability waiver.

Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or any toxic substance will not be allowed to participate.

Once the reservation request is received, you will receive a confirmation number.

All reservations are subject to availability until the time of payment of the service.

Changes and modifications

All modifications must be communicated at least 24 hours before the excursion, modifications can be made by email: info@mexicohighlights.com or through our reservation center in the city of Playa del Carmen: +52 1 984 145 8697

Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours before the excursion can be refunded 100%.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours of the excursion will be refunded only 50%.

No show

No show without supporting documents is charged 100%

No show without proof and rescheduled must cover the amount of transportation, from $50.00 usd per person, according to the contracted activity.

No show with medical justification can be rescheduled for another day without charge.
